I ordered a custom shirt on a Friday in June 2019, but noticed the next day that the print was on the back instead of the front. Their offices were closed for the weekend so I called Monday to correct the order. I was told that it was not a problem, all I had to do was wait to receive the incorrect order (as it had already been printed), place another call to the company when it arrived and they would send me “for free” the correct order and I could keep the one with the mistake. I received the shirt, called the company and was told that I had to return the shirt and once they received it, I would get a refund then I would have to call the company back and re-order the correct version, but in the same breath told me I could not order a new one because the ‘campaign’ had ended. I told him what the previous representative had promised me and he told me that the previous representative could not have possibly promised me that as it was against company policy (all calls are recorded) so I asked him to please go back and listen to the recorded call so I could simply get what I was promised. He said he would elevate the issue to his superior, have him listen to the previously recorded call and give back to me via email. I received the email stating that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and furthermore they would not take a return on the item and would not refund me either. I would just have to pay for a different shirt and keep the old one with no possibility of a refund. This $33.35 shirt was a gift from my children to their father for Fathers Day. Teezily is morally corrupt with zero integrity. Please don’t waist your time or money on this company.

Shirt is wrong size..

I got no answer. And when I email your company the e-mails forward right back this customer service has been the poorest I've experience. And this is all because I just want to exchange my shirt due to the size.

Extremely slow delivery

Delivery time has been ridiculous. Received ads for Father’s Day gifts 2 weeks prior to father’s day and after ordering almost right away I am still waiting on my gift several weeks later, and father’s day is way gone. Just don’t expect to get Teezily products in a timely manner.

Did receive product and very happy

I had posted I was unhappy because my product did not come on time however I had it shipped to my work and it came Saturday. Unfortunately I was not at work so I me did not get it in time to give to my husband for Father's day but I absolutely love it!!!

Have not received t shirt supposedly sent in early M3. Have emailed them twice with no response. Tried calling them but indefinate wait by phone. Help I want the t shirt or my money returned

I purchased a T-shirt yesterday for my husband for Father’s Day they immediately took the money out of my bank account and sometime last night they sent me an email stating I had canceled my order I’ve tried to get in contact with them but have not been able to do so

Still waiting on my shirt to arrive

Attempted to call the number listed. It placed me in the phone queue for over 5 minutes. They never connected me with an agent so i released the call. I ordered a shirt in April and am yet to receive the item. I did receive a follow up email saying order is likely lost and they would replace and ship new shirt. I still haven't received my order and they wouldn't tell me what method of shipment they used

Horrible product and customer service

I have tried to speak someone for at least 2 weeks to find out where my order is. They kept lying saying that is was on its way. they lied about sending me an email with this. I finally learned that they are a FRANCE based company and they have a US phone number. They won't give me a tracking number or let me speak with a manager. They tried to send me a email IN FRENCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY.

Cute But Quality Sucks

Received baby onesie for my Grandson's 1st Mother's Day with his mommy, so it was a very important day. His onesie read "Mommy Your Doing a Good Job" with my Grandson's name. When I went to put the onesie on him, I tried to snap it and could not do so. I had my husband, son and finally the new mommy try to snap it and you can't. Brought it to work to let others try and they too could not. Very Disappointing!
