T-shirt order

I ordered a T-shirt for my daughter-in-law for a mother’s day present. Ordered it on April 21st and I finally followed up with the company on May 2nd and at that time I did receive a response the next day and they told me it still would be 5 - 8 days for me to get my order since it just was mailed. I then contacted them again on May 9th and was told it was going to be 8-10 days for me to receive my product. I told them if I didn’t get it by May 11th it was waste of money since the shirt was someone who was pregnant on Mother’s Day. Slow processing of my order. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Same as EVERYONE - SCAM ARTISTS

Obviously same thing happened to me. Ordered a mothers day onsie. It hasn't even shipped yet. They won't return my email messages, nor can I get through on the phone. I hope Facebook is ashamed to let this horrible company advertise on their platform.

I’m glad I’ve seen this. I wanted to order some shoes but their sizes came up differently so I’ve emailed, fb messenger and tried to call and cannot speak so anyone! So needless to say I shan’t be ordering!!

Thought I bought a first Mother's Day gift but apparently I'll never know!

On Facebook page first Mother's Day Onsie looked very cute, ordered one for daughter-in-law...they gladly took my money and now? No order has arrived, they don't answer emails, and to cancel it is impossible according their so-called terms. Talk about stealing or ripping off people! Very shady company.....never ever again will I order through a Facebook/online company..what an utter disappointment, how fraudulent.

No response to email either. Loses its meaning if it actually arrives after my daughter’s first mother’s day.

I paid extra $3 for my shirt to get it before mother’s day and it hasn’t even shipped. Also there’s no way to get in touch with anyone from there. It’s crazy and bad business

why is this company still allowed to take people's money guaranteeing a product and don't deliver?????? I purchased a shirt almost a month ago and received an email two weeks ago stating my order had been shipped.

It June now and I have yet to receive my shirt, I purchased it for fathers day and it doesn't look like I will be receiving it any time soon.

Very disappointed, especially when no answers are given as to where the product is. I wish I would've read the bad reviews before giving away my hard earned money.

Another internet fraud. My wife purchases off of Face Book and this thing has happened before.

Thankfully we only purchase off internet using PAYPAL so were able to log a refund complaint. Although these guys are real scammers. After the complaint for a refund was filed they quickly sent her an email informing that the item was shipped and would be arriving in 9 days, exactly 1 day after her refund complaint would expire and be voided.

We followed through with are complaint and should be receiving refund credit shortly. HA HA *** HOLES @ Teezily

CEO at the company you placed the order through 2. State that you are going to place a claim through the County Court.

3. Mention media coverage of case through local media The response and return of funds will come back within 48 hours.

I am very upset with the so-called company ..Teelizy. There is no return customer service, frankly?

No customer contact whatsoever!! Ordered Mothers Day gift, never recieved, no reply as to where it is, can not get someone to help me, and my money is just gone. Complete scam!

Apparently this is how they work. Would never recommend them for anything.

PayPal ended up trying to contact the company for me and was unsuccessful. PayPal ended up refunding my money. Always use PayPal if you order online.

Issue proceedings through local magistrate court and add additional costs. Notify the media of the problems encountered, and advise the third party immediately. The matter can be resolved without the co-operation of Teezily
