The poorest customer service I have ever recieved
I would not give any star for this kind of service. I have ordered a hoodie on the 6th of December. It supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now what do we have? It is the 8th of January. Where is my Christmas gift? I do not know. And I do not need it anymore. I have emailed Teezily to return my money back because I spent it and got a BIG NOTHING. For Teezily, solve your customer service issues (and product quality - that I read here from other people) or you cannot exist anymore. I am really disappointed and angry for this kind of scam.

Ordered a Christmas present was suppose to be velour and inside berber fleece they sent me horse canvas. Came from US and in order to return the gave me France address to avoid giving me refund. 4x I tried calling no dialtone, same Adam Furcheesi guy who kept giving me different lies every time. SCAMMERS BUYER BEWARE NOT SAFE!! I cancelled my credit card after this bogus scam, not safe.

Ordered two CHRISTMAS-THEMED tshirts, received one of them the week AFTER Christmas (a whole month after I ordered) and just got an email saying the second one has now been shipped (it's January 5th!!). I emailed their customer service a couple of days before Christmas saying I hadn't received either yet and could they please cancel and refund me for the second one that hadn't even been shipped. I got an initial response very quickly saying I would have been made aware of the timeline for printing/shipping when I ordered (lies - as if I would have ordered them if I knew it would take that long) and basically ignoring my request to cancel the order. When I wrote back reiterating my request for a refund of the second one, I never heard from them again. Terrible service, very little information or transparency of origin on their website and they charge your card as soon as you order - once they have your money, you're never getting it back off them. STEER CLEAR.

Scam. Do not order!
I, like many other reviewers here, never received what I paid for. When I contacted customer service, I got an automated reply, then a half hearted reply saying that it had shipped. I'm thankful that I used PayPal as they eventually refunded my money.

Terrible company. Do not recommend doing business with them. The T-shirts are such poor quality they are super overpriced and sized extremely small. Although very disappointed with the quality I simply asked for a size exchange and was told "they don't do that", but asked me to go to the trouble of taking pictures of the t-shirt with measurements shown, which I did and even compared to a shirt of the same brand to show the size difference (more than 2 sizes). Was completely ignored at that point. Gave them plenty of time to make things right and got zero response. Horrible experience and total waste of money!

Sucks!!
Ordered an engagement shirt to wear for our holiday trip tomorrow back in October. It shipped and never showed. I was told it got lost in the mail, said they would re send it back in November... Leaving for my trip, no shirt. I will never order from this awful company again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

it's a real shame I had anything to do with these online scammers. The website is dreadful. I cancelled the order as soon as it was placed as the product they had put in the basket was not the one ordered. They confirmed the cancellation yet still delivered the (wrong) product and have refused to either give my money back or take the product back. They are utter scam artists. Buy from this shower of cowboys at your own peril!

I received my order confirmation O-TZOG0 but it was confirmed as a black hoodie when it should have been navy blue in color. Everything else is correct.

The shirt i purchased looks nothing like the add on social media. The actual picture on the shirt looks like it was ironed on.. The add you have going is very deceptive it looks like the shirt had diamond's but its just ironed on.. I'm very upset and would like a refund..

I had the same problem Total Rubbish
I ordered two full length shirts from Teezily for Epilepsy awareness week. The items did not arrive on time The printing was blotched and uneven The material wouldn't last a was so they were returned I have told them to refund the funds otherwise I will instigate proceedings through Coventry Court
