Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They provided the required status update regarding where the item was in relation to delivery. I was then happy enough
Once contacted, the response was good. However, I would have preferred the Company to have provided my order status without being prompted

Mystery Solved
I had a charge from Teezily and was not sure what it was for. Within 24 hours there was a response as to what it was for and a order number.
The order number worked once. It no longer does anything and there was no indication as to when my verified order would be shipped.

Ordered Rory Gallagher T in green, lg. Received some freakish looking T in black, med. It had Twin Peaks emblazoned on it.

They have confirmed my order, sent confirmation email and I am very impressed with their prompt and friendly response.
This afternoon I placed an order for an XXL Clash City Rockers t-shirt, the payment has been taken from my credit card ending 5618 but I have received no confirmation email. I have lost the order number and it shows no order on my Teezily account
