Poor customer service

BeI ordered a pulmonary hypertension T-shirt from teezily.com. The white letters were not visible on the T-shirt. So, I wanted to receive a refund. I tried calling them at customer service. The telephone rang and then someone hung up and it stated a busy signal. No one ever answers the telephone, It always hangs up on you. I tried to email them, with no success.

User's recommendation: Be aware of teezily.com. Always call to talk with someone before placing orders.

Got necklace

I ordered two shirts one came and the other did not. There is no way to contact teezily to let them know. I want to return the one I got and cancel the other but again there is no way to contact anyone. I sent emails with no response. They have my money I have no shirt and no way to contact anyone!!!!

Just tried to order a t shirt, they took the money from my account and then claimed the card hadnt gone through, so just canceled my order. Theres no way to contact them if something like this happens to you so dont bother

T-shirt is incorrect

The names on the T-shirt I ordered are incorrect. How do I get this corrected. I ordered the XL Grandma bee T-shirt in Navy Blue with the following: Nana instead of Grandma. This was done correctly. Three bees which were also correct. The bed names were nothing like what I requested. I ordered Ryder and Ellie and Vincent. I received Allison, Elizabeth, and Sage. Not anything like what I ordered. I would like a correct T-shirt sent to me ASAP.

Bought necklace that was suppose to be silver face with picture inserted on it.What I got was a cheap looking face made of print.Got this for a friend as she lost her daughter.very disappointed might not give as looks so cheap.

My daughter ordered me a sweatshirt with Marine logo on front and Marine logo and U.S flag on back with dog tags. The print was great, but we ordered a 2xl and according to their size guide it was only a large. Contacted them and said would reprint. Sent the correct size but with only logo on front and no printing on back. Now will not do anything and couldn't care less.

I ordered 2 items, a hoodie and a t-shirt and I only recieved my hoodie and not the t-shirt. I am a little confused..why wouldn't they send my shirt with the hoodie, it was on the same order..if that is what happened... I call the supposed customer service number and there is a message saying due to technical difficulties they don't have customer service reps available. Mmm. sounds a little fishy to me. I just hope I get my shirt..their items are NOT cheap. I am a very dissatisfied customer and I will not be a returning customer.
