Sent a request to update me on my item shipment delay and no reply from Teezily. Anyhow despite no updates from TeeIly, I lately receive the item. Not happy with the silence which means no proper customer service.

User's recommendation: Watch out on customer service replies.

Yes the company contacted me. The shirt was caught in the sticky envelope and when opened I put *** in both front and back of the shirt. I informed you. It was both our fault and even though I am always careful, because the shirt was caught, it happened. Asked them to be more careful when packing and they thanked me. End of story. Nothing further happened. I was so disappointed that it happened as the shirt cost a bomb from Australia, but things happen I guess. And yes, I am wary about making another order because of it, even though it was probably a once in a blue moon happening.

When I got my card number for purchase of the button down jersey the order screen left tried to wait till the next day and some how I ended up with five or six orders trying to get one.

Can't track the product because it's not in English.Takes forever to get. I keep getting the same email Constantly ,saying it was shipped it was shipped

I was double charged on my order when I clearly specified one. No response. Despite displaying 24 hour customer service.

Not happy with my item

Customer service won't answer the phone. It would be nice to talk to somebody then emailing back and forth.

At this point I just want to return the product and get a full refund. This is ridiculous

Basically they are saying nothing that they can do. I do realize that I thought I put Vanessa &Scott Miller on the second ring but instead I put Vanessa & Miller Miller and it's a gift for my wife and I would like it to be right. I do realize I should of double checked, but if it can't be fixed i would like to return the product and get my money back please. Thanks Scott

I ordered a sweatshirt through an ad on Facebook, a Father's Day promotion, in May. It took three weeks for them to fill the order. Then they shipped it. I chose regular shipping, unfortunately. The package left Florida on June 22nd. It is now July 22nd and the package is stuck at "in transit" status.

Missing items and no response from company

I ordered a tank top and mug from Teezily And only received the tank top. When I reached out to them to let them know that one of the items was missing there is no way to contact them by phone since the phone number doesnt work. So I emailed them and did not hear back. So I sent a second email letting them know that if I didnt hear back from them I would take it up with my bank and dispute the charge which I am about to do with my bank. I read some of the reviews on BBB and they have similar experiences I would not recommend ordering anything from this company

User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

We placed our order two months ago, it never arrived, their tracking/update numbers never work and they pass the buck that their inefficiency and lack of customer care is not their fault. Refuses to refund. Never, EVER again.

I have still not heard a thing from this useless company and not even an acknowledgment. This just goes to show how much this company actually doesnt give a hoot about the consumers they have screwed.

Yeah I agree had the run around now saying not them liars t-shirt is rubbish letter missing on name and colour faded this company is a bloody rip off
