Messed up order

I ordered a shirt size 2x. When it arrived it was a size small. I contacted the company and explained what happened. I in fact had ordered a size small by mistake. However they are sending me the correct size at no extra charge. Amazing.

User's recommendation: I have no problem ordering shirts in the future.

On November 19, 2020 I ordered three necklaces total amount was $114.24 confirmation number was CAFNDGC would like to know if you sent these necklaces.

User's recommendation: They replaced the lost necklaces quickly. Was very pleased on how fast they got this fixed.

I accidentally ordered 4 of the same shirt and got charged $144, I only need 1 shirt. I need to be credited back $108 and just charged $36.01

I received my order. It was a blanket and it was made very well. I would have one made for my husband but after all the reviews I see on here. Id be scare to order anything else. And mine came fast to.
